- Yeah, lets look at the facts. Mine that Bird and ALL the male horses carried 126 lbs except for the filly whose impost was only 121lbs. That extra 5 lbs means 5 extra lengths at the finish or 1 1/5 second faster due to this handicap.

- Mine that Bird only lost to Rachael since she carried only 121 lbs. Bird got fouled by Flying Private and still nearly won. Bird will win!

- Mine that Bird beat Rachael Alexandra by 4 lengths in the Preakness if they raced at the same weight but instead she got a 5 pound weight advantage coming out of the gate. How is that fair? Bird ran down every horse except the one that had a impost handicap.

- Mine That Bird is the Seabiscuit of this generation. Bird beat Rachael Alexandra by 4 lengths in the Preakness if they raced under the same weight, but instead gave her a 5 pound impost. How is that fair? A 5 lb. impost = 5 lengths advantage.
